読みどころ
- 前半では「動きの基礎」としてジャンプ・走る・投げる・キャッチする動作の要素を分解し、脳と筋肉の連動をイラストで示す。各動作には見本ビデオへのアクセスも付され、家庭でミニ実験が行える。
- 中盤では感情の安定を育むために「自己肯定感」「切り替え力」「集中力」を 3 つの視点で観察し、呼吸・ワーク・声かけの 3 種類の手段を日々のルーチンとして提示。
